:Objective:To observe the intermittent. oro-esophageal tube feeding (IOE) recovery of swallowing function and changes in oropharyngeal comfort in patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke. Methods:sixty patients with ischemic stroke dysphagia admitted from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control groupaccording to the order of admission. Both groups received routine treatment and swallowing rehabilitation training. The control group was given indwelling nasogastric tube nutrition feeding and the observation group was given intermittent oral feeding to compare the swallowing function, comfort and incidence of aspiration pneumonia before and after treatment. Results:The swallowing function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05) , the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the oropharyngeal comfort score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional nasal feeding, intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding can effectively improve the swallowing function of stroke patients, reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, and improve the comfort of the patients’ oropharynx.
