[摘要]
目的:探讨手足并用教学法在糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果,使更直观、形象的饮食运动管理技巧在临床得到推广。方法:选择2019年4月-9月在内分泌科住院的200名糖尿病患者,分二组用不同教学管理方式针对糖尿病患者饮食和运动两方面对其进行教育管理,分为对照组(看图对话教育法)和试验组(手足并用教学法),通过调查问卷、监测餐后血糖达标率和随访患者行为改变情况来评估患者自我管理能力。结果:试验组的统计结果显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足并用教学法应用于糖尿病患者饮食运动管理,简单直观易掌握,能够较大程度的提高糖尿病患者自我管理能力。

Objective: To explore the application of hand and foot in diabetic patients management and promote more intuitive and image diet management techniques in clinical practice. Methods: Select 200 diabetes patients in endocrinology from April-September 2019, conduct education management for diabetes patients in different teaching management methods, divided into control group (dialogue education method) and test group (hand and foot), and assess self-management ability through questionnaires, monitoring postprandial blood glucose rate and follow-up. Results: The results were significantly higher than the control group and the difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hand and foot are applied to diabetes patients ' diet exercise management in teaching method, simple and easy to master, which can greatly improve the self-management ability of diabetes patients.
