()目的：采用非剥脱性1565nm点阵激光治疗面部皮肤老化,运用反射式共聚焦显微镜( reflectance confocal microscopy,RCM)评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法： 所有受试者行非剥脱性1565nm点阵激光治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗一次后4周、8周、12周分别进行照相、RCM检测。结果治疗后12周,96.33%的患者达到最佳效果；RCM结果显示: 治疗后12周真皮胶原致密显著增加。结论：非剥脱性1565nm点阵激光使面部年轻化具有较好疗效；RCM对非剥脱性1565nm点阵激光临床疗效的观察有显著意义。

the non stripped 1565 nm laser treatment of facial skin aging, dot matrix using reflection confocal microscope (reflectance confocal microscopy, RCM) evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: all subjects were treated with non-exfoliating 1565nm lattice laser, and the subjects were examined by photography and RCM before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment, and 12 weeks after treatment, respectively. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, 96.33% of the patients achieved the best results. The results of RCM showed that the density of dermal collagen increased significantly at 12 weeks after treatment. Conclusion: non-exfoliating 1565nm dot matrix laser has good effect on facial rejuvenation. It is significant to observe the clinical effect of RCM on non-exfoliating 1565nm lattice laser.
