目的：目的：Galectin3?CD56和Mc在术中冰冻不易诊断的甲状腺乳头状癌(thyroid papillary carcinoma，PTC)中的表达及意义? 方法：选取2014年10月～2017年8月期间内蒙古医科大学附属医院行术中冰冻诊断不易确诊、由术后病理确诊的180个病例，其中甲状腺乳头状癌的病例144例，结节性甲状腺肿36例，对Galectin3?CD56?Mc这三种蛋白其免疫组化的表达结果进行统计学分析? 结果：在180例术中冰冻诊断难以确诊、经术后病理证实其结果的病例中，Galectin3阳性表达量为甲状腺癌（THCA）有124例(达86%阳性率)，在结节性甲状腺肿（NG）的阳性表达方面，16人为阳性，呈44%阳性率；CD56阳性表达数目PTC为60人(达41%阳性率)，在NG中的表达，28人显示阳性，达77.8%阳性率。PTC表达中，Mc表达阳性的为128人（达88.9%阳性率），皆属于弱阳性水平；在36例NG中，12人为阳性表达（达33.3%阳性率）。上述3项指标在PTC与NG的阳性表达上均有着一定区别，对比良、恶性病变之间的表达发现存在显著不同表现(P＜0.05)。 结论：Galectin-3?Mc抗体于PTC内表达上调，CD56表达下降，这3项指标用于PTC、NG的鉴别皆有着较好表现，对于PTC病理诊断起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：甲状腺肿瘤；Galectin-3；CD56；Mc；免疫组化

OBJECTIVE: A total of 180 cases were selected from The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from October 2014 to August 2017, whose intraoperative freezing diagnosis was difficult to confirm and whose results were confirmed by postoperative pathology, including 144 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 36 cases of nodular goiter. The immunohistochemical expression results of Galectin3, CD56 and Mc were statistically analyzed. Results: In 180 cases, frozen diagnosis was difficult to diagnose. In the cases with thyroid papillary carcinoma confirmed by pathology, 144 cases (86%) were positive for Galectin3, 16 cases (44%), CD56 positive expression of papillary thyroid carcinoma in 60 cases (41%), in the node A, the positive expression of 28 cases (77.8%), papillary thyroid carcinoma, only 75 cases of positive expression (88.9% Positive expression was found in 12 cases (33.3%) in 36 cases of nodular goiter. There were significant differences between benign and malignant papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter. There was significant difference between benign and malignant papillary thyroid carcinoma (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Galectin-3 and Mc antibody in papillary thyroid carcinoma is enhanced and CD56 is reduced. It is a good marker in distinguishing thyroid papillary carcinoma and nodular goiter. Keywords: Thyroid neoplasms; Galectin-3; CD56; Mc; Immunohistochemistry
