自身免疫性胃炎（autoimmune gastritis，AIG）临床少见，是一种器官特异性的自身免疫和炎症性疾病，组织病理学表现为胃底、胃体萎缩而胃窦不受累。早期临床无特异性症状，目前无根治方法。AIG患者随访主要关注胃黏膜萎缩程度及癌前病变。我国尚缺乏AIG的系统研究，国外研究较多，本文通过检索国内外相关文献对AIG及相关疾病最新研究进展做综述，以期为相关领域的研究提供新思路。

Autoimmune gastritis（AIG）is clinically rare, is an organ-specific autoimmune and inflammatory disease with histopathological atrophy of the stomach base and stomach sinuses. There is no specific symptoms and no radical cure. Follow-up of AIG patients mainly focuses on the degree of gastric mucosa atrophy and precancerous lesions. There is still a lack of systematic research on AIG in China, and more research abroad. This paper reviews the latest research progress of AIG and related diseases by searching relevant literature at home and abroad, in order to provide new ideas for research in related fields.
