摘要： 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT泪道造影联合后处理技术在泪道阻塞性疾病中的影像学表现及临床应用价值。 方法：选取本院临床就诊的30例溢泪患者，均行多层螺旋CT泪道造影检查及后处理 结果：30例溢泪患者中，双侧溢泪患者2例，单侧溢泪患者28例。共32只眼溢泪，泪小管阻塞2例，泪总管阻塞3例，泪囊阻塞10例，鼻泪管阻塞17例，均能显示阻塞部位，表现为阻塞部位造影剂滞留。 结论：多层螺旋CT泪道造影联合后处理技术能够显示溢泪患者的泪道梗阻部位，更好的指导临床医生制定合理的治疗方案。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the imaging manifestations and clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT lacrimal angiography combined with post-processing technology in obstructive lacrimal diseases. Methods 30 cases of lacrimal bleeding patients were selected in our hospital, all underwent multi-slice spiral CT lacrimal angiography and post-treatment. Results Among the 30 patients with epirrhea, 2 patients with bilateral epirrhea, 28 patients with unilateral epirrhea. Among the 32 eyes with epirrhea, 2 cases of lacrimal canalicular obstruction, 3 cases of common lacrimal duct obstruction, 10 cases of lacrimal sac obstruction, and nasal tears In 17 cases of tube obstruction, all of them could show the obstructed site, which showed the retention of contrast agent in the obstructed site. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT lacrimal angiography combined with post-processing technology could dierectly show the obstructive position in patients with bleeding, so that it is useful to guide clinicians to choose treatment options.
