目的:分析研究小针刀黏连松解术对膝关节周围骨折手术后膝关节功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:收集2019年1月至2021年1月作者所在医院接受治疗的术后膝关节功能障碍患者76例，均接受小针刀黏连松解术治疗2-3疗程，根据治疗前后膝关节kss评分，对治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗前后患者膝关节kss评分显著提高，膝关节疼痛情况明显缓解，关节稳定性与活动度得到明显改善，患者生活质量及工作能力得到显著提升。结论:小针刀松解术治疗术后膝关节功能障碍，可以取得较好的临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of acupotomology therapy for the treatment of knee dysfunction after peri-knee fracture.?Methods: A total of 76 patients with postoperative knee dysfunction who received treatment in the author's hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were included. All patients received 2 to 3 courses of acupotomology therapy. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to KSS score of knee before and after treatment.?Results: After treatment, KSS score of knee joint was significantly improved, knee pain was significantly relieved, joint stability and range of motion were significantly improved, and the quality of life and working ability of patients were significantly improved.?Conclusion: The treatment of postoperative knee joint dysfunction by acupotomology therapy can achieve good clinical effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
