目的 探讨降钙素联合单侧穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的骨质疏松症患者62例作为研究对象。将全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组患者接受单侧穿刺椎体成形术,观察组在对照组的基础上应用降钙素。随访6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的骨密度T值、VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、SF-36量表评分及相邻椎体再骨折率。结果 治疗6个月后观察组的骨密度T值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分和ODI指数显著低于对照组,SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的相邻椎体再骨折率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 降钙素联合单侧穿刺椎体成形术能显著提高骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的骨密度,减轻患者疼痛,改善胸腰椎功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of calcitonin combined with unilateral puncture vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods A total of 62 patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 31) and the control group (n = 31). The control group received unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty, and the observation group received calcitonin in addition to the control group. Bone mineral density, VAS score, Oswestry Dability Index, quality of life and Refracture rate of adjacent vertebrae were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment, bone mineral density in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score and Oswestry Dability Index in observation group were significantly lower than control group, and SF-36 scale score in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The refracture rate of adjacent vertebral body in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Calcitonin combined with unilateral puncture vertebroplasty can significantly improve bone mineral density, relieve pain, improve thoracolumbar function and improve quality of life in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
