【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) combined with routine exercise rehabilitation training on motor function and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, and to provide new treatment measures for clinical patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group was injected with rat nerve growth factor on the basis of conventional exercise rehabilitation training, while the control group only received conventional exercise rehabilitation training. The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment, Barthel Index, Modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale (MAS) and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 3 weeks of treatment, Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment and Barthel Index of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement degree of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The Modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale (MAS) had no significant difference between the two groups. After 3 weeks of treatment, the content of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) increased in both groups (P < 0.01), but the increase degree in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor combined with rehabilitation training can improve the recovery of motor function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage by increasing the content of brain-derived neurotrophic factor.
