目的 探讨液氮冷冻联合重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效、疾病的复发率以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应与本方案对CA患者生活质量的影响。方法 研究对象为2021年3月至2021年12月就诊于内蒙古医科大学附属医院皮肤性病科的60例CA患者，使用随机数字表法进行随机分配，分为对照组（30例）和实验组（30例）。对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗，每周一次，实验组在对照组的基础上联合外用重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂，一日3次，每次2喷，两组均治疗3周。观察并记录两组治疗前后疣体的大小、数目、患者生活质量标准化评分，以及治疗过程中发生的不良反应，比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率、不良反应发生率以及患者的生活质量改善程度。结果 治疗后，实验组患者治疗总有效率（90.00%）明显高于对照组（66.66%）；实验组患者复发率（35.29%）低于对照组（70.00%）；实验组的不良反应发生率（13.33%）低于对照组（40.00%）；治疗前两组患者CECA10标准化评分差异无统计学意义, 治疗后, 两组患者生活质量标准化评分均高于治疗前 ,实验组的增长幅度大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 液氮冷冻联合重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂的效果明显优于常规液氮冷冻治疗，可有效降低尖锐湿疣的复发率，减少治疗过程中的不良反应，改善患者的生活质量，有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Object To explore the clinical efficacy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b spray on patients with condyloma acuminatum and its influence on the recurrence rate,side effects during treatment and quality of patients.Methods The subjects were 60 patients had been diagnosed with CA from March 2021 to December 2021 in the department of dermatology and venereology diseases of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.They were divided into control group(30 cases) and experimental group(30 cases) according to random number table,the control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy once a week,the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-1b spray on the basis of the control group,two sprays three times a day,both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The size and number of warts,the standardized scores of patients’quality of life,and the side effects were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The total effective rate,the recurrence rate,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the degree of improvement in quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the effective rate(90.00%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(66.66%),the recurrence rate(32.59%) was lower than that in the control group(70.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions(13.33%)was lower than that in the control group(40.00%),there was no significant difference in CECA10 standardized scores between the two groups before treatment,after 3 weeks of treatment,the CECA10 standardized scores in both groups were higher than that before treatment,and the experimental group’ magnitude of the increase was larger than that in the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b spray was obvious superior to that of conventional liquid cryotherapy,which could reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum,reduce the adverse reactions in the course of treatment,improve patients’ quality life has good clinicl efficacy,is worthy of clinical implementation and application.
