目的 探讨《蒙医秘诀方海》中治疗“痞病”方剂配伍规律。方法 通过整理《蒙医秘诀方海》中所记载的治疗“痞病”的方剂,建立数据库,使用 Python语言进行数据挖掘并对其用药配伍规律进行分析研究。结果 48首治疗“痞病”的方剂中,共涉及169味蒙药,使用频率排在前10位的蒙药为荜茇、诃子、豆蔻、红花、獐牙菜、五灵脂、姜、石榴、硝、光明盐、乌头。药味以辛(15 次;28.30 %)、苦(14 次;26.41%)居多,药性以温(13 次;43.33%)、为主,药物17效能以燥(14 次;15.22%)、糙(13次;14.13%)、为主。药物功效以助胃火药(15 次;14.70%),祛“巴达干”药(14 次;13.72%),燥“协日乌素”药(黄水)(13 次;12.74%),调理体素药(8 次;7.84%),破痞药(7次;6.86%)为主,常用药物配对为荜茇配伍姜和荜茇配伍光明盐。结论 《蒙医秘诀方海》中治疗“痞病”方剂主要以助胃火药、祛“巴达干”药、燥“协日乌素”药(黄水)、镇赫依、开胃消食、调理体素为主的药物进行配伍,这也充分体现了“祛除病因,辨证施治”为主的学术思想。

Objective To study the compatibility rules of prescriptions for treating "Ruffian disease" in Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai. Methods By arranging the prescriptions for treating "Ruffian disease" in "The Secrets of Mongolian Medicine", a database was established, data mining was carried out using Python language, and the rules of drug compatibility were analyzed. Results There were 169 Mongolian medicines involved in the 48 prescriptions for treating "Ruffian disease". The top 10 Mongolian medicines were Longlong, myrobalan, cardamom, safflower, swede, Wulingzhi, ginger and pomegranate , nitrate, bright salt , aconite. The medicinal flavors were mostly pungent (15 times; 28.30%), bitter (14 times; 26.41%), and the medicinal properties were warm (13 times; 43.33%) Mainly, the efficacy of drug 17 was mainly dry (14 times; 15.22%), rough (13 times; 14.13%).Medicinal efficacy to help stomach gunpowder (15 times; 14.70%), remove "kapha" medicine (14 times; 13.72%), dry "Xieri Wusu" medicine (13 times; 12.74%), body conditioning and body medicines (8 times; 7.84%), and anti-ruffian medicines (7 times; 6.86%) are mainly used, and the commonly used drug pairing is Pi Longo is compatible with ginger and longo is compatible with bright salt. Conclusion The prescriptions for treating "Ruffian disease" in Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai , such as gunpowder to help the stomach, medicine to remove "kapha", and dry "Xieriwusu". The combination of medicines, herbal medicines, appetizers and digestion, and conditioning voxel, explains the academic thought of "removing the cause of disease and treating it according to syndrome differentiation".
