目的：分析总结阑尾非神经内分泌上皮肿瘤CT影像特征及诊断经验，提高对该类疾病的认识，对其诊断提供帮助。方法：回顾性分析 45例阑尾非神经内分泌上皮性肿瘤患者的影像资料，根据病理结果的良恶性倾向及治疗方案不同将45例患者分为A、B两组。结果：阑尾非神经内分泌上皮肿瘤多表现为阑尾异常增粗、形态不规整，伴或不伴有壁不均匀增厚、软组织肿块。A组浆膜面及周围脂肪间隙模糊较B组更常见，差异有统计学意义；壁结节和不均匀壁增厚与阑尾恶性肿瘤有关，而轮廓光整与否、腔内分隔、气体、壁钙化及囊壁完整性对鉴别良恶性没有帮助。结论：不同阑尾非神经内分泌上皮肿瘤CT表现有一定特征，通过仔细分析影像征象、结合临床资料可做出一些提示性诊断。

Objective：To analyze and summarize the CT findings features of appendiceal non-neuroendocrine epithelial tumors，so as to improve the understanding of these diseases and it is helpful for diagnosis．Methods：the imaging data of 45 cases with appendiceal non-neuroendocrine epithelial tumors were analyzed retrospectively．According to the pathological results and different treatments，45 cases were divided into two groups：group A and group B．Results： most appendiceal non-neuroendocrine epithelial tumors showed enlargement of diameter，irregular shape with or without asymmetric wall thickening and soft tissue mass．In group A，blurring of serous membrane surface and periappendiceal fat stranding was more common than that in group B，and wall nodules and asymmetric wall thickening were related to appendiceal malignant tumor．however，the outline is smooth or not，intraluminal septum，gas，wall calcification and wall integrity can't provide confidences in the diagnosisl in differentiating benign from malignant lesion． Conclusion：the CT findings of appendiceal non-neuroendocrine epithelial tumors have certain characteristics．With full analysis of the CT findings and integration with the clinic characters，can we give some suggestive diagnosis．
