摘要:目的:通过HPLC-MS/MS方法对网络药理学预测的藤丹胶囊治疗高血压疾病的部分活性成分进行定性定量研究。方法:采用网络药理学的方法预测藤丹胶囊治疗高血压的活性成分,采用Waters XTERRA MS C18色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,3.5μm),以0.1%乙酸-乙腈(0.1%乙酸)为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI源),以多反应监测(MRM)扫描模式正负离子同时检测的方法测定藤丹胶囊中部分化学成分的含量。结果:通过检索藤丹胶囊成分的中药材数据库,鉴定出118个活性成分,对部分化学成分进行检测,其中有14个化合物在测定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995。结论:本研究为中成药藤丹胶囊的质量控制和开发利用奠定了一定基础。

Abstract: Objective:HPLC-MS/MS method was used to study the pharmacologically predicted active ingredients of Tengdan capsule in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:Predict the active ingredient of Tengdan capsule in treating hypertension through network pharmacology.The chromatography was performed on Waters XTERRA MS C18 column (2.1×100 mm, 3.5μm) with 0.1% acetic acid-acetonitrile (0.1% acetic acid) as mobile phase gradient elution. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) scanning mode was used to detect positive and negative ions in Tengdan capsule.Results:118 active ingredients of Tengdan capsule were identified by searching the Chinese medicinal materials database.Some chemical components were detected, among which 14 compounds had good linear relationship within the concentration range, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.
