在新医科背景下,为了培养适应时代发展所需的高质量创新型应用型药学人才,本院以“整合药学”理念为指导,全面推进药学类专业本科生的创新创业教育,从教师队伍建设、科教协同育人、产教融合培养等方面开展了多层次的探索与实践,构建了医药院校药学类本科生创新创业能力的培养的新模式。
