[摘要]
目的? 探讨五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合头孢曲松治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、肝肾功能的影响。方法? 将2020年8月~2022年8月在我院就诊的88例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组(五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合头孢曲松治疗,44例)与对照组(头孢曲松治疗,44例)。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后的中医证候积分、CRP、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)。结果? 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分及CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后及组间AST、ALT、BUN、Cr比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应总发生率分别为9.09 %、6.82 %,比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论? 五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合头孢曲松治疗安全有效,可降低患儿炎症因子水平,且不影响肝肾功能。

[Abstract]
Objective? To investigate the therapeutic effect of Wuhu decoction, Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction and ceftriaxone on children with bronchopneumonia and their effects on C-reactive protein (CRP), liver and kidney functions.Methods? A total of 88 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group (Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction with ceftriaxone, 44 cases) and control group (ceftriaxone, 44 cases) by random number table. The therapeutic effects, adverse reactions, TCM syndrome scores, CRP, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results? The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). TCM syndrome scores, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in AST, ALT, BUN and Cr between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 9.09 % and 6.82 %, respectively, with no difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion? Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction is safe and effective . It can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children and has no impact on liver and kidney function.
