[摘要]
目的 探讨AB-PAS在临床病理诊断中的应用价值。 方法 对包括肺黏液表皮样癌、胃印戒细胞癌、膜性肾病和真菌感染在内的40例病理标本进行AB-PAS染色,从而判定组织内是否含有黏液、糖原或是真菌感染,从而辅助这类疾病的临床病理诊断。结果 通过AB-PAS染色,肺黏液表皮样癌肿瘤细胞胞质呈现紫红色或蓝色的液滴状;组织细胞样的胃印戒细胞癌,可呈蓝色或紫红色;膜性肾病可清晰地显示增厚的基底膜;真菌菌丝及孢子均呈阳性,曲菌菌丝在显呈紫红色,杂乱排列,粗细均匀,有隔,分支状,常呈45°的锐角分支;放线菌的菌丝呈紫红色,交织形成菌落,周围部分菌丝排列成放线状,菌丝末端膨大成棒状。结论 AB-PAS染色可直观观察到组织内的黏液、糖原和真菌等物质,可用于诊断及鉴别诊断一些分泌黏液、糖原的肿瘤以及判定引起感染性疾病的真菌类型,为疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the application value of Alcian Blue-Periodic Acid-Schiff staining in clinical pathological diagnosis. Methods AB-PAS staining was performed on 40 pathological specimens including lung mucoepidermoid carcinoma, gastric signet ring cell carcinoma, membranous nephropathy, and fungal infection to determine whether the tissue contains mucus, glycogen, or fungal infection, thereby assisting Results The cytoplasm of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung appeared purple-red or blue-drop-like by AB-PAS staining; the histologically similar signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach appeared blue or purple-red; the basement membrane thickening of membranous nephropathy was clearly visible; the mycelium and spores of fungi were positive, the mycelium of Aspergillus was purple-red, disordered, uniform in thickness, divided and branched, often branching at an acute angle of 45°; the mycelium of Actinomyces was purple-red, interwoven to form colonies, some of the surrounding mycelium was arranged in an actinic pattern, and the end of the mycelium expanded into a rod. Conclusion With the help of AB-PAS staining, the mucus, glycogen, and fungi in the tissue can be visually observed, which can be used to diagnose and differentially diagnose some mucus and glycogen-secreting tumors and determine the types of fungi that cause infectious diseases and provide important diagnostic basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases.
