恶性胸腔积液作为恶性肿瘤常见并发症之一，严重损害了患者身心健康，影响疾病的预后发展。中医药在防治MPE方面有其独特的优势。本文详细论述了中医药治疗MPE的不同治疗手段，并提出了思考和展望，以期为开展中医药防治恶性胸腔积液前瞻性研究提供参考。

Malignant pleural effusion is one of the common complications of malignant tumors, which seriously damages the physical and mental health of patients and affects the prognosis and development of the disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in preventing and treating malignant pleural effusion. In this paper, the different methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MPE are discussed in detail, and the thoughts and prospects are put forward, in order to provide reference for the prospective study of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of MPE.
