当药系龙胆科獐牙菜属瘤毛獐牙菜的干燥全草，化学成分包含环烯醚萜类、呫吨酮类、黄酮类、三萜类、生物碱类等，其中呫吨酮类化合物最多。当药的药理作用以护肝、保肝类为主，也有治疗湿热黄疸、胁痛、痢疾腹痛、食欲不振等作用。本文以列表的形式呈现了当药中目前已发现的化学成分，并对药理作用及目前临床应用进行总结，旨在为今后当药用药研究提供依据。

Swertiae Herba which was derived from the herb of Swertia pseudochinensis contained the chemical components of cyclic terdoids, terpenoids, ketones, flavonoids, and triterpenoids, among which the ketone compounds were the most. When the pharmacological effect of medicine was mainly to protect the liver, but also had the therapeutic effects of damp heat jaundice, flank pain, dysentery abdominal pain, loss of appetite,etc. This paper presented the currently discovered chemical components in the form of a list, and summarized the pharmacological effects and current clinical applications, so as to provide a basis for future pharmaceutical research.
