Objective: construction of the anterior cruciate ligament surgery introduced by infrared
navigation computer-assisted preoperative planning and surgical procedures, to explore the accuracy of
infrared computer assisted navigation former arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament( anterior cruciate
ligament,ACL) reconstruction of the femur, tibia tunnel positioning and feasibility and with traditional
arthroscopic surgical reconstruction for comparison. Methods: retrospective analysis of the same period
from January 2015 to June 2016 period, the selected set of conditions into line with ACL injury 70 patients,
according to the number of patients admitted to hospital at the end of the digital parity were randomly
divided into: navigation group and traditional group. Postoperative tibial tunnel were measured
femoral tunnel sites and two X-ray film, and KT-1000Lachman test line stability check, and using Lysholm,
Tegner, IKDC score and knee ROM contrast, evaluation of knee function and activity level.Re-
sults: ostoperative standard X-ray measurements of femoral tunnel and tibial tunnel sites statistical data
show there were significant differences between the two group, the data show infrared navigation computer
assisted ACL surgery group data closer to the position of the anatomical ACL reconstruction.Lachman
test,KT-1000test,Lysholm,Tegner score and ROM,There was no significant difference between
the two groups. Conclusion: nfrared computer assisted navigation system arthroscopic ACL
reconstruction knee kinematics data registered by anatomical landmarks to navigate under way to determine
the anatomical site of bone surgery, the method of locating the femur, tibia tunnel precise location,
excellent postoperative patients.
